Introduction
There are many popular activities that you can do in this city, but on a trip here, you can also try out some events which have little to do with casinos or gambling. On your next trip to the city, you can dumb the most obvious attractions on the strips for these hidden gems, and you will see Las Vegas is not only about its casinos.

Have fun at Bellagio
This is one of the best ways to spend your evening as you experience live music played by David Osborn who is a pianist to the Presidents of United States. The highlight of the bar is that you can relax on the couches that overlook the casino as you enjoy the symphonic music played by Osborn.
Explore other-worldly rock formations
Although Red Rock Canyon is the most popular hike location in Vegas, you can also explore the Valley of Fire State Park which is just an hour away from the strip. The park homes many magnificent rock formations like Arch rock, white domes, fire wave, and elephant rock. The highlight of the park is that you will get mind-blowing sunset view which you should not miss.

Go Wine Tasting on the House at Onda
This is an Italian-inspired lounge which gives guests the opportunity to enjoy a selection of wines that is available to taste by booking for your trip here. You can also come here on Friday afternoon where you will get to taste wine for free, and they also offer a selection of artisan cheeses and meats. You can also buy the wines which will be shipped to anywhere you want.
See panoramic views of the city from the VooDoo Lounge rooftop club
You will be allowed here for free if you eat from the VooDoo Streak restaurant on the 50th floor of the Rio. The best thing about this lounge is that it gives you the opportunity to see mesmerizing nighttime views of the city from its rooftop.
Go hiking and relax in a natural hot spring
The Gold hot springs are close to the strip, and it is among the best hikes in Vegas. You will fall in love with the stunning scenery during the hike, and there is a natural hot spring waiting for you after the walk where you can take a dip and relax.

NexTravel Tips
Avoid the tunnel
Many Vegas drivers are greedy, and they may try to pull a fast one on you, but you can request that they should not take the tunnel. As passing the tunnel is a popular trick among the drivers so that your taxi fare will be high.

Casinos Are Farther Apart Than They Appear
Although casinos may look closer to each other that they really are. So you should be ready for that if you want to walk from one casino to another.

Carry a Light Jacket, Water and Sunscreen Everywhere
This may sound silly that in the middle of summer you have to carry a light jacket with you because it may be scorching outside but as soon as you will be chilled to the bone by the AC in the casino once you enter. You should also ensure you carry with you a bottle of water and sunscreen as there will be a lot of walking and you will get dehydrated easily. The sun shines brightly even during the fall or winter, and you should ensure you apply sunscreen before you head outdoors and every hour.

Sign Up for Player’s Clubs
This is one of the best ways to save money even if you don’t plan to do much gambling as you will get freebies and discounts on shows, attractions, restaurants, and so on.

Try to avoid peak dinner times
6-8pm is the peak dinner times in Las Vegas, and it is advisable if you can have your dinner between 5-5:30 and 8:30-9pm to save stress and time you will use in staying on the queue which you can use to explore some other areas. There are some cases that you have to be at the time allotted to you and you should make sure you are there at the time.

Shuttle and Save
This is another way to save cash if you are on a budget and you don’t mind to make a few stops before you get to the airport as this is the best ride to the airport.
Consider Car Rental
If you are going to move around a lot during your stay in the city, it is better to rent a car than taking taxis.
